ctrl+c is commonly used as a command to copy, but we interpret it as “controlled chaos”.
ctrl+c is a critic of Singapore’s homogeneous urban spaces that are built similarly, as though they were copied and pasted. Through an investigation of neighbourhood parks, we delve into the intertwining relationship between human behaviour in a prescribed environment, where chaos is controlled and contained within its boundaries.

Derived from the Javanese language, "Ayu” means beauty.
Today's world may have become more open to self-expression, however, lingering stereotypes persist, hindering women's expression of self and pursuit of their passions. Through this project, we aspire to redefine the concept of beauty by emphasizing women's freedom in self-expression, thereby challenging conservative norms and advocating for an inclusive portrayal of femininity.
This project serves as a visual narrative portraying the struggles encountered by Indonesian women for generations in a society rooted in rigid traditional customs, which have constrained their freedom to express themselves.
Future’s Present
Art Installation
2022
A rocky and raw installation, the Future’s Present reimagines the visualisation of the recent global pandemic; COVID-19 from the future’s perspective. The pandemic had changed many aspects of life, where we, humans, are forced to adjust our lifestyles to accommodate today's conditions.
The life we are living now will be written as one of the biggest human history in the future. At the end of the day, today will be the present for us as we managed to fight together and survive the pandemic.
A collaborative project by Alifa Raisyah Leoribel & Felicia Winarsa
Exhibited at “Embracing Science with Color: Our Pandemic Story” Exhibition in *SCAPE, Singapore.
